Adidas Boxing 2000 Boots

These new Adidas boxing shoes are a brand new edition boxing and come in their entirety with a Torsion System and AdiWear outsoles. These combined supply excellent grip, footing and support. The innovative ‘quick lace system’ makes it easy for the user to take the shoes on and off.

And with an approximate height of 10″, which give them an old school appearance, offer great support to the ankle. No boxer is complete without a trusty pair of boots – you never saw Ali or Sugar Ray dancing around the ring bare footed! The black, silver and orange design is very unique and you are sure to look the ‘King of the Ring’ wearing them. When I wore these in training I found they presented great reassurance and security.

But with a rather extravagant price tag of nearly £85 you would be better off buying another style. But then again, not contradicting myself, you are getting exactly what you pay for: quality!!!

Boxing-Daily Rating: 7 / 10 - Excellent, if you’re willing to pay the price.

Are these the Adidas boots head and shoulders over their competitors or just over priced?

  1. These shoes are great! I have had my pair for a little over a month now and they are great. Every time I put them on people ask me where I got them from. The only problem is that they can feel a little funky at times because of the built arch support. If you get these shoes make sure to get the next half size up because they tend to run small. That was the only way I was about to fix the arch problem. The support and gripping of this shoe is excellent, almost like wear a pair of high priced basketball shoes in the ring. I would high recommend these shoes everyone. I would give the 9 out of 10, if you get them a half size up.

  2. Thanks for your insight Dbell703. These shoes are no doubt excellent and probably deserve your 9/10 rating.
However I scored them lower because of the high price tag. But they are a quality pair of boxing shoes.
    Thanks again for your review.

  3. These shoes can be found at penalty of sites for less the 50 bucks. As of today you can find them here:

    Title boxing for 39.99-49.99

    Ringside for 29.99-149.99

I actually got mine off of eBay for 50 dollars plus shipping. You better act fast if you like the shoes, they are very hard to come by.

  6. These boxing shoes are okay, and they look alright, but I wouldnt say they look cool. The colors dont really fit toghether, they are too wierd to be on the same shoe, the shoe doesnt match, but they difinetly look confortable.

  7. These shoes are not comfortable at all. Thats just my personal opinion. They are not loose enough to let a 140 pounder move around without any problems with speed in the ring. I would say these shoes are only good enough for heavy weights, from weight of 170 and up.
