Young British boxing prospect, Amir Khan, hopes that an impressive victory over Mohammed Medjadi at Wembley Arena on Saturday will significantly increase he chance of getting a boxing fight in the USA later this year.
Amir Khan has long said that he hopes to be a world champion at 21, but also would like to fight in the USA.
“Six months ago, I went to see Muhammad Ali and a lot of people seemed to know about me,” said Khan, 20. “It would be great to get exposure and fight over there.”
His promoter, Frank Warren, has said that no matter what Khan’s dreams are, he needs to focus on the job in hand.
“Before that, he has a tough fight on Saturday and it’s important he takes it one fight at a time”
I am sure that the majority of boxing fans think that Khan is capable of winning a world title, if not multiple world titles.
However the question is, WHEN will he win them?
Can he fulfil his dreams and become a world champion at 21?

Yeah I think he will be fighting as he fights very frequently. We are not sure of the exact date or opponent but he is fighting every couple of months so he will probably be fighting in July/August this year.
