Pavlik Looking Past Lockett to Calzaghe

After Palvik disposed of the Welshman on Saturday Night in Atlantic city, it seems that a fight between Calzaghe and Kelly Palvik is very likely. Palvik’s promoter Bob Arum and Frank Warren have started negotiations about a fight between the two aimed to make a fight on the 18th October, with Wales, Atlantic City, New York, and Las Vegas all possible sites for this fight. David Haye, the man that wants to be the first british heavyweight champion since Lennox Lewis, has turned down a fight with Matt Skelton, and said that he would “rather retire from boxing”, than work with Frank Warren again.
