It is superior for speed drills and for observing training or track results. It is incredibly easy to reset. Although it is made from plastic it is still well-built, strong and fast.
And for under £10 this is a nice little gadget that would come in useful at any gym.

I think this is a good gadget it would be good to know how many rotations u have done so the next time u skip you can try to beat how many rotations u did last time very challenging I may consider a purchase
