Everlast’s professional floor to ceiling ball is made from a top grade, all leather exterior to ensure that for extra long usage, the individual segments of leather are stitched together with triple nylon stitching and toughened seams to ensure that it will go the distance.
Not only do you get the ball but you also get strong rubber bands that attach to the floor and ceiling. To get this to work you attach the bands to the floor and ceiling so that the ball is roughly in the middle, about head height, then you hit the ball and the elasticity of the bands make the ball bounce back at different speeds and angles. The objective is to then hit the ball - which should improve your reactions, speed and hand-eye co-ordination. Depending on how good you are you have the option of choosing from 6″, 7″, or 9″ diameters.
The smaller the ball the harder it generally is to hit it and the more it improves your boxing attributes. If you are a bigger to the sport I would recommend the largest size but if you feel you are more experienced you may want to opt for the more challenging sizes. This is a must for all boxing workouts, but also for people who just wish to burn off some extra calories and exercise their body.
These Everlast floor to ceiling balls are available in the colour scheme black and gold and cost roughly £20; which is not really a bad price for what you are buying.
Boxing Daily Rating: 9 / 10 - A great price of boxing equipment that is essential in improving a boxer’s entire primary attributes.

Hi,
Just wondering about the Everlast floor to ceiling ball. Are the bolts provided? If not what do I need to buy to attach it to the floor and ceiling?
Thanks.
