Frank Warren has questioned Audley Harrison’s future in boxing, do you think he still has a future?
Warren said: “If he decides to fight on, it’ll be a long, hard road.
“It’s a great shame. I think he could have earned much more money and been in a better place now had he come with me in the first place.”
Warren added: “He won’t be getting big money now” and “It’s hard enough for any fighter starting out, without wanting to be a manager and promoter. It’s impossible.”
Audley Harrison has now lose three fights in 14 months, a shameful record considering who he has fought.
I think that if he had gone with Frank Warren in the first place, he could have had a world title two years ago, at the very latest. It was a brave decision to go it alone and try and promote and manage himself, but it was also a stupid one as it has ruined his career.
I don’t think Audley Harrison will get his hands on a title now, and even if he does get a title fight, he will be too old by then to win it.
Do you think Audley Harrison is finished?

Harrison has spent the last decade living off the glory of an olympic gold medal. He is perfectly entitled to do so, but he sholudn’t expect the British public to show him any backing or respect. Respect in the pro game has to be earnt! The British fight fan is an intelligent breed and only ever gets behind the fighters that drape themselves in the Union Flag and represent our country with passion and honour. Bruno was a limited fighter, but he loved his country and bled red, white and blue. Take a look at Amir Khan and Ricky Hatton. Two fighters adored by the British public because they ooze respect for themselves the peolpe who love them. I never rated Harrison and never will as he lacks heart.
