Two civil lawsuits have been filed against Jermain Taylor from two different women.
These lawsuits have been filed in Pulaski County Circuit Court by Little Rock law firm Dodds, Kidd & Ryan, accuse Taylor of “causing emotional distress and mental suffering” to two women during a Sept. 3 performance by comedian Katt Williams at Robinson Auditorium in Little Rock.
The two women, Jeanine Morse and Yvette McCarty, have asked for at least $75,000 as a judgement and legal fees etc. must be paid.
This complaint consist of accusation that Taylor grabbed Morse’s breasts during the performance and forcefully kissing McCarty, who was an usher during the performance.

Jermain Taylor has made a statement in which he denied the claims:
“I have been falsely accused of improper behavior,” Taylor said. “It’s a shame that people will go this far for financial gain and try to damage my name. I have always conducted myself with others in the most respectful way.”
Stephanie Chamberlin, who represents both plaintiffs, said neither woman knew who Taylor was the night of the performance.
“My feeling is every woman has a right to not have her body assaulted, no matter who it is,” Chamberlin said. “Neither one of these women knew of (Taylor’s) celebrity status. This isn’t about money. We are in the position where we feel like if he is going to be represented like a hometown hero, he needs to act like one.”

What a bunch of sh*t… I wish someone would smack the hell out of them whores… I swear the sluts these days. They will do anyone and anything for a dollar. I can’t imagine JT actually doing that. The man probably had his wife right next to him. Anyway I’m sure THESE women knew exactly who he was. SO I say F*CK them WHORES. JT is a good guy and it’s sad to see B*TCHES like that will do anything to ruin a mans reputation. It’s sad that TYSON had to go to jail. Tyson admits to EVERYTHING but raping that whore.

As a woman I can say, it is not good to be assualted in any way physical, emotional, or mental, BUT I don’t think he did this, My reasoning behind this is the simple fact.If it was another man who “fondled or touched” these women they would not be taking him to court and I’m sure they would have let it gone further if he would have wanted it to. I think it’s all about the $$$$. Shame on you ladies!

They were probably just straight up HOE’S trying to make a dollar. He should have BACK HANDED PIMPED SMAKED them for even looking, talking, standing or even mentioning him. I bet there used to that anyway. Like I said they knew EXACTLY who he was, and knew exactly how much he makes. GREED was in the eyes of them WHORES! I am an ex of Jermains and he is totally disrepsectful to women and inapprorpiate a lot of the time. People do not know the real Jermain!!!! Ask his wife how many times he has cheated on her!!!!!

I knew Jermain in college and he is a total pig!!!!! he treats women like they are objects and abuses them. he is a sex addict and needs help. I am glad he lost his fight - when you are a bad person things always come back and get you….
