Boxing legend Oscar De La Hoya won a unanimous points victory over Steve Forbes in a bout that many have said is simply a warm up for a Floyd Mayweather - Oscar De La Hoya fight in September.
Two of the boxing judges gave De La Hoya the fight by 119 points to 109 with the other giving him the verdict 120-108.

“I knew it was going to be a tough fight and I was hoping I’d stop him or knock him out but that didn’t happen.”
Was this win good enough Oscar De La Hoya fan’s?
All I know is, although Oscar De La Hoya did well to win this bout, and win it comfortably, it will take a lot more to defeat Floyd Mayweather in September. Oscar De La Hoya looked good, and his jabbing skills in the last two round were very impressive, but I just don’t think that is enough for Oscar De La Hoya to beat Mayweather.

True, i want to see Mayweather VS Cotto anyway. Maybe Del La Hoya VS Cotto and the winner would fight MONEY MAY. Or Just go ahead and have Money VS Cotto and the winner would get Del La Hoya. I dont know. I dont really care. I just want Mayweather and Cotto in the same ring at the SAME time. That will be a great fight.
