After Palvik disposed of the Welshman on Saturday Night in Atlantic city, it seems that a fight between Calzaghe and Kelly Palvik is very likely. Palvik’s promoter Bob Arum and Frank Warren have started negotiations about a fight between the two aimed to make a fight on the 18th October, with Wales, Atlantic City, New York, and Las Vegas all possible sites for this fight. In “The Sun” newspaper, boxing promoter Frank Warren announced that he has negotiated terms with Don King for Samuel Peter, the WBC Heavyweight Champion, to defend his title in the UK.
