  1. Title Platinum Wraps

I ordered 3 sets of the Platinum hand wraps to replace a set free set someone at my gym gave me. When I call and spoke with the Title Rep they said they were the best wraps on the market. He said that they were stretchy, high quality and that they were the best wraps he had very used. From the time I opened the box my wraps came in, I was disappointed. First the wraps look different from the picture in the Title catalog and on the website. The wraps that are featured on the website and in the catalog have a large patch that reads “Tilte Platinum Wraps”, my wraps had the plain old Title patch on them. Far as the elasticity of the wraps, there is none. The website states “Very slightly elastic hand wraps”; what I received was classic weave style hand wraps. I mean there is no stretch at all. So I used one pair for a bag workout and sparring last week, and they are the worst things I have ever put on my hands. Did I mention after two workouts that they started to come apart that the seams. I boxed up the other two pairs and sent them back to Title; I am still using the free wraps from my gym.

1 out 10 only because of the gray stripe pattern on the wraps.

  2. Yes I dont like the stripe.
I found them ok actully, and you are right that they are not all that elastic, but they do the job fine.
Personally I mostly use crepe bandages, as these are cheap and work as good as, if not better than hand wraps.

  3. I bought these wraps thinking they were something totally different. First, they are pretty thick almost uncomfortable and thick. They HAVE NO ELASTICITY at all. I thought that they would feel a little better after I wore them several times. Nope. I even washed them and it didn’t help either. I’m not saying these are bad hand wraps, just they aren’t for me. I’ll be sticking with the regular ole mexicanos from now on!
